Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- UV Resin & Adhesives (opened containers)
- Custom or special order items
- Hackle that has been cut or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your fly tying products:

- Provide details about the product and reason for return (use our template below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us at your expense (unless the return is due to our error)
- Receive your refund or exchange item once we process your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to our return address.
